Evaluate Query-Based Collections

Evaluate Query-Based Collections to immediately execute all Set queries and update collection membership. Evaluation adds objects that meet the Set criteria and removes objects that no longer meet the criteria, ensuring the collection reflects current data.

Prerequisites

Before evaluating Query-Based Collections, ensure you have:

• Access to evaluate Query-Based Collections in EmpowerID

Procedure

1. In the EmpowerID web application, navigate to Role Management > Query-Based Collections (SetGroup).
2. Select the Actions tab.
3. Click Evaluate Query-Based Collection (SetGroup).
4. Search for and select the Query-Based Collection you want to evaluate.
5. Click Submit.
6. Click OK to close the Operation Execution Summary.

Verify the Results

After evaluating the Query-Based Collection:

1. In the EmpowerID web application, navigate to Role Management > Query-Based Collections (SetGroup).
2. Search for and select the Query-Based Collection you evaluated.
3. Click the collection name to open its View One page.
4. Expand the membership accordion to view current members.
5. Verify the membership reflects the expected results based on your Set queries:
   • Check that new objects meeting the criteria appear in the collection
   • Confirm that objects no longer meeting the criteria have been removed
6. (Optional) Check the last compilation timestamp to confirm the evaluation completed.
