Delete an Account

⚠️Warning

Deleting the account in the mobile app will unregister the account from the mobile app, and does not delete or modify the account on the EmpowerID system.

  1. Open the EmpowerID Mobile app on your mobile device
  2. From the account information section of the screen, swipe left.
  3. Press Delete.

  4. Press Yes to delete the account.
