Installing the EmpowerID Mobile App

The EmpowerID Mobile App can be installed from the App Store for iOS and the Google Play Store for Android. Follow the instructions below for your device's operating system.

iOS

1. Open the App Store on your device.
2. Search for EmpowerID

3. Locate the EmpowerID app and touch Get.
4. When prompted about notifications from the app, touch Allow.

Android

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
2. Search for EmpowerID.

3. Locate the EmpowerID app and click Install.
4. When prompted about notifications from the app, touch Allow.
